We want you to love your Threads as much as we do. If for any reason your purchase isn’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help! Returns and exchanges are accepted within the guidelines below, and we’ll do our best to make the process easy and stress-free.

Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.  

Condition Requirements

To be accepted for return items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free of odors, stains, or other damage

All sale items are final sale.

3. Submit Return Request 
4. Print out Shipping Label Provided,package, and Ship

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. 

• Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. 
• Refunds will NOT include shipping fee.
