Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed over weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via our website or directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

• Check around your property and with neighbors first
• Allow 1–2 additional business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
• Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
• If the issue is unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will try our best to work with the carrier to investigate as a courtesy.

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier or for packages stolen after delivery.
